Description of Work: Subcontractor shall be charged with the supply and installation of chain link fencing and chain link swing gates at the TPSS stations on the East Corridor, along Harrisburg Blvd. at TPSS station #1 (Dowling St.) and TPSS station #2 (Drennan St.). The timely installation of fencing and gate within the jobsite are critical.

Description of Work: Subcontractor must construct the Service and Inspection (S&I) Facility which will service all future East End and Southeast LRT vehicles. The scope includes, but is not limited to, construction of a functioning building consisting of a two story administration facility and a single story maintenance and storage facility with a total floor area of approximately 48,000 sq. ft.; cleaning platform, concrete and asphalt surfacing for entrances and parking facilities, site fencing and other improvements.
